i ordered the beetroot waffle with salmon. it is absolutely divine. i cant believe how good and tasty it is to have beetroot made into a waffle. with the sweetness from the beetroot combined with the saltiness of the salmon, crunchy waffle and runny york, everything just blends in so well together in this dish. absolutely love it ! in my second visit, i ordered the soy glazed barramundi. it is certainly a well presented dish, pretty and zen.
