The cupping room has recently opened a branch in the newly opened Hong Kong Palace Museum in West Kowloon. The cafe is nicely renovated in modern minimalist style and has added a twist by incorporating some elements of a typical Chinese palace like tiles and antiquities into the design. Although the cafe is small, the seating area is quite comfortable and it is a nice place to chill and catch up with friends. (I came here on a weekday afternoon so I am not sure if it will be really crowded du

I ordered an oat milk mocha whereas my friend got their cold brew. The mocha was nice, the coffee was more on the nutty side. The chocolate base was really rich and dark. They also added generous amount of chocolate syrup and powder on top to enhance the flavour and texture of the drink.
The cold brew on the other hand was more on the fruity side with a hint of flora fragrance. The set was really photogenic! Although it was a bit pricy, it still worths a try if you happen to drop by!☺️
