New addition to the array of Korean restaurant in HK! Chef Lim Hee Won adds some modern twist to traditional Korean cusine, creating his one-of-a-kind dishes. Not the usual Korean Bibimbap that you would mix rice, veggies like bean sprouts and spinach all together with the Korean Gochujang. This modernized version of Korean bibimbap is topped with sea urchin and dried veggies. Sea urchin was creamy but would have been even better if there was a stronger sweetness from the sea urchin. Simple and light flavors, but much enough for you to spoon it to your mouth again and again.

Hotteok & Ice Cream
We began the meal with the savory Kalbi Hotteok, and ended with this sweet dainty Hotteok with ice cream. The savory one took a creative twist on stuffing Korean Kalbi into it, whereas the sweet one is more on the traditional side. Similar to the traditional Hotteok, the Korean pancake is filled with various grains and seeds, then fried to a slight crispy yet chewy texture. Pairing the warm Hotteok with vanilla ice cream created that hot-and-cold effect, as usual, it never fails. I'd say the bananas on the top didn't really make a large effect on the overall flavor but well since we love bananas a lot, so yea you know it!
