Heard of the chef here has been voted as the Asia’s best female chef in 2017, really proud of her! The eggplant sauce is quite appetising, but a little bit salty and too much parsley for me. But the smoky flavour was quite impressed me.
For the Baos, the taste is still the same as before, delicious! The bun is soft yet with good texture. Love the sauce with some vinegar inside which can balance the fat of the meat. Personally like the Szechuan fried chicken one much more, very special and yummy!
But the portion is quite small so desserts is a must! Desserts are also very good, the bread was a bit fried with ice cream filling.....so nice!!! Actually I can eat 2 of them!! If they have more choices then we may order another 2!
