Last Saturday went back CityU for alumni gathering, after event 3 single men wanna have a second round for chit-chat , rush to Festival Walk Food Court to occupy a far table with least disturb. Ordered half catty char sui and bbq meat respectively. Char siu looks juicy and not too thin(we pork chop lovers hate dry and lean…); Skin of bbq meat looks tidy and meat is white which some fats in between (heavy-taste guys favourite).
Time to start eating and chit-chat, taste of char sui is sweet and texture is soft and juicy, no remains between your teeth (that’s great); Then taste the bbq meat with yellow mustard, skin is as crispy as biscuit, and the meat is not too salty, feel goods…
