Chinese abalone, or else I don't know how to call it. It was steam cooked so the sea creature can retain its flavor. And it was chewy and moist, pretty good.

Rice with veggies on top. Nothing special.

Overall the quality of the food is pretty good, comparable to that of large chain restaurants. If you don't mind the noisy environment, this resturant is for you.
