The Napoleon here consists of buttery pastry layered with slightly salted cream characteristic of HK style cakes. It also contains a generous amount of fragrant walnuts that add textural interest to the pastry. I like to eat this napoleon split into rectangular halves at the middle layer, like a sweet finger-sized crunchy sandwich $5 for this delicious treat- truly a bargain.
