Artisian Lounge is known for its pretty decorations for its afternoon tea though last time I was a bit disappointed by its burnt waffle. The Mille-Feuille was more crunchy than flaky but still tasted great.
Instead of the usual raisins, they added a Chinese twist to it and used Wolfberry instead which was less sweet.
Out of the savory, the caviar cube was the best. It wasn't too salty and the cube of bread was still quite fluffy inside.
For the desserts, the strawberry milk tarts was definitely the best. The tarty strawberry and the milky fillings were a perfect combo. Overall, it definitely improved compared to last time.
