We went to this restaurant, because the other restaurants nearby were charging 30% surcharge for the Chinese New Year and this restaurant only charged 10% for the CNY. It was interesting to note that it seemed that every one sitting around us had brought in outside food like McDonald's and some dumplings from other restaurants and it seemed that Tsui Wah had no problem with that. The place was crowded and busy and, understandably, the service was very slow. The staff had a good attitude, but it just took them a while to give us all the food. The food was delicious and standard Tsui Wah food that we have come to love and trust.
