Have been wanting to try this "good-looking" muffin for a long time. Finally got around to doing so on this rainy T3 day, with no appetite to eat much.I have it warmed up nicely with a crunch surface as always - not bad at all. Quite filling and rich. Just the right portion as a full lunch meal!
