To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天際萬豪酒店舉行了,邀請了澳洲人氣小廚神Jack Kibble,並示範了兩款甜品,分別是Christmas Trifle及以棉花糖和白朱古力製作的White Christmas,大家也可以在自助餐內品嚐到。酒店糕餅總廚陳俊遊師傳更做了多款甜品,如Macaroon Terrine、Merry Berry Konjac、Yule Log Cake及栗子撻等等。自助餐的甜點是重點外,烤火雞絕對不能忽略,配上雞肝醬及紅莓醬後,更添美味。食物款式當然不止咁少,還有冰凍海鮮及沙律等等,海鮮陣容都不弱,有生蠔、麵包蟹、長蟹腳、翡翠螺及蝦等等,刺身及壽司也不會或缺,只是刺身款式不多,只有立魚、三文魚及八爪魚,可是卻很肥美及新鮮。肉類方面,除了烤火雞外,還有咸豬手、羊架及炆五花腩肉等等,這兒雖沒有燒牛肉供應,但就以一條份量十足的鹽焗三文魚代替。鹽焗三文魚不但味道鮮甜,魚味更是濃郁,而且肉質不會因熟了而變得太過粗糙,仍保留了嫩滑的一面,配上檸檬牛油汁,實在是美味。其他熱盤還包括咖哩、炸魚、燒蠟、點心等等,款式不多,但勝在味道不錯,當然還有即叫即製的喇沙,天寒地凍的捧著一碗來吃,肯定暖笠笠。這個聖誕遠離一下

這個聖誕遠離一下繁囂,也未想不好,來這裡吃自助餐真是一個好選擇。是日真係玩得好開心,又有得食,又有得玩。
