To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家平平無奇既茶餐廳，從來未食過，就入去試下，試新餐廳。平時食開西多士，食次黎到呢間都食下西多士，比較下。狐狸仔就食常餐。價錢公道。一黎到杯凍飲勁大杯😂加上肥身杯，奶茶茶奶份量剛好，沒有偏頗。黎到重點！西多士，新鮮熱辣！個邊炸到脆卜卜，中間多軟，唔會多油到冧，油份剛好而不膩，糖醬份量剛好覆蓋整件西多，裡面系粗粒花生醬。惹味。可翻食！狐狸仔叫炸菜肉絲腸仔米，外貌一般，但有應有既水準。腸仔如常好食。系個樣頹啲，味道OK。
