There are so many burger places in town now and it is hard to find one with good balance of all the ingredients (petty, temperature, bread, sauce...). Burger Circus is quite a good one (so it is one of my burger canteens in Central), although I would say it is probably really its Circus sauce that beats many others. I ordered the Circus Burger in Cannanbowl (5oz beef petty, crispy bacon, onions, Wisconsin cheddar, lettuce, tomato, Circus sauce). The Circus Burger is always my first choice but it is my first time trying out the salad bowl. It did feel less merry having salad bowl in this circus. But it does leave me some capacity to have the nice shakes or ice cream here or there! Well I actually ordered its housemade Passionfruit Pineapple Soda (which is my default option too). The soda is really good and fresh. Best company for the burger. No guilt, please! My friend ordered the American Acrobat (5oz beef petty, Wisconsin cheddar, lettuce, tomato, Circus sauce). It is quite good as the patty is cooked quite nicely. But well, I think this is more or less the same as it has the best thing in Burger Circus - the Circus sauce!
Just to mention by the way, Burger Circus is one of the restaurants operated by Black Sheep Restaurants. La Vache and Burger Circus are the ones we visit most often. Hopefully I can try them all soon.
