Found many positive reviews on this little store making New York Cheesecake exclusively, approving its quality as the tops ofcheesecakes in Hong Kong. Their classically made New York Cheesecake is undoubtedly rich in the cream cheese flavor and the enormous size is enough to be shared by 2 people. Yet I found it is more lean to the homemade style which was not what I expected for a $98 slice of cake (They were used to be $88, but guess they raised the price after their 1st year anniversary 🫠). The cream cheese was maintained in a relatively coarse texture that a bit of sugar grain could still be found inside, not in the way I expected to be smooth and creamy🥲, while the crust was separated from the filling easily when cutting through the cake with my forks and it's kinda too thick that there is too many crust left at the edge at the end (but good if you are the crust-lover😂).

I had both 𝑺𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 and 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑭𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒕 & 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒐 flavor, and I guess I should had their classic original one instead. As for the Smore, I am not quite a fan for having hard chocolate bites in my cheesecake, and I don't prefer the chocolate sause on top to be solidified as it affect the texture of the whole dessert as well, while for the Mango flavored one, tho it was more a match to my preference, I hope they could make the mango flavor less subtle.
