The other reviewers have captured it very well- Danish Bakery has nothing Danish about it (you'll notice this about a lot of HK restaurants, such as the Australian Dairy Company). They primarily serve breads that you eat as breakfast or a snack on the go here. Most of the times, I get a pork chop sandwich 豬排堡 or a chicken leg 雞腿. For the non chinese speakers out there: I'm not sure if the owner knows any english, so each of these respective items are pronounced "zhu-pa-bao" and "gai-bei". They're each around $20 HKD as of March 2017 (just under $3 USD) and are a classic snack for many Hong Kong people who grew up around the area, or who used to go play soccer at the fields, tutoring at NTK, etc etc.
According to another reviewer, this place is slated to close at some point in the future; and given the nature of this place, I doubt it can stick around forever. Still, some affordable, decent HK snacks are always appreciated, and by coming here, you can in a very small way experience how lots of us ate while growing up in the city.
