The Artisan “floating” afternoon teaset has always been on my wish list. And finally I’ve got to try it and it definitely lived up to its expectation. The presentation of the tea set is a 5 stars. I love the rose gold themed eating utensils, it gives an extra class towards the tea set. All bites are decorated with editable flowers. The size of each bite are petty but just about right for an afternoon tea set. The savoury snacks combination are well thought out with most of them mixed with vegeta

The size of each bite are petty but just about right for an afternoon tea set. The savoury snacks combination are well thought out with most of them mixed with vegetables or fruits, which made them having a taste of freshness.
The scones are served warm. The scone is crispy on the outside and soft and buttery in the inside. I have to say it’s one of the best scones I’ve tried in town.
And the sweets are pretty and most of them tasty. Personally I particularly enjoyed the Espuma De Tiramisu, it has a great layering of cake, run and cream.
While you’re enjoying the tea, you can appreciate the beautiful architecture of MUSEA and in general the environment is really pleasant.
All in all it’s a great experience, one of the best afternoon tea experiences I’ve had in Hong Kong.
