So many new restaurants popping up everywhere after the COVID massacre on incumbants.The shop looked bright, and a bit retro in decor. I'm in.Bone broth is indeed brewed from raw ingredients. No MSG as mentioned. It's a lite broth, and brings a sweet umami but not overbearing taste.Very natural. 😋I thought the chicken wings were the highlight. Best shrimp paste chicken wings, hands down. Perfect defrost, perfectly fried golden orange, spot on amount of shrimp paste such that it's not too salty,

I thought the chicken wings were the highlight. Best shrimp paste chicken wings, hands down. Perfect defrost, perfectly fried golden orange, spot on amount of shrimp paste such that it's not too salty, freshly fried so it's juicy and hot inside, skin and the outside is crunchily crisp. Triple thumbs up! 😍
Downside is it's slightly pricey. Perhaps it's also due to the COVID rebound inflationary pressures. Sad. Also wonder whether this will be one of the chain stores that can maintain its quality and last? Remember 魚米家, until it was sold?
Okish worth a try while still good
