The Pigsman is a place I've walked by several times. It caught my eye as the front entrance had a row of suits. At first glance, it looked like a tailor shop. But it wasn't. It was a small restaurant (mostly geared for take away) that focused on pork. Mainly various versions of pork and rice. They also had burgers and pork sandwiches along with sides that were pork focused.The interior also looked like a tailor shop as their theme was an ode to the movie The Kingsman. Thus, they are the Pigsman.

Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge even for dine in. The items are cleverly named as Agents and the categories are renamed "Missions".
I decided on takeaway and ordered an Agent Jack ($63). Otherwise known as Pork Chop Rice with whiskey BBQ Sauce. It was packed in a sturdy paper bag that survived the trip home. The container was a slick slim rectangle.
Inside the food was placed very orderly. It wasn't messy and slapped together at all. There was a bit of soft green beans that were still crisp and a cherry tomato. Rice portion wasn't too much. I was able to finish. Usually take away rice boxes I have so much left over rice that lasts for days.
The pork chop was boneless and fairly juicy. Wasn't over cooked at all. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the BBQ sauce. I felt it was too sweet for my liking. But at least they really slathered it on and wasn't skimpy on it.
It was fairly decent and I'd return again and try something else.
