Cockroach Problem?

A cockroach was on my shoulder while I was eating my food. My partner had to get it off me, the people on the other table left as a result. We told the hostess what happened and she thanked me for informing her. No attempt was made at service recovery, we were charged full price and given no compensation. We didn't even get an apology!This ruined what was otherwise tasty and authentic food in a typically Japanese setting. Cockroaches crawling on patrons is NOT acceptable!
