On menu主要係Classic cocktail
居然見到很久沒有的Caipirinha
由於需要用上碎冰 制作上亦較繁複
而同類型的cocktail有Mojito
現今社會對Mojito認識較廣
以至Caipirinha現在已經很難在menu上找到它的名字了

Less is more, 傳統cocktail更能顯然出調酒師功架
我分別點了2杯傳統cocktail
分別是Caipirinha 和 Old Fashion

Cachaça, lime, crane sugar
Cachaça作為基酒的cocktail, 是巴西獨有的特產
相對Mojito, 基油不同、沒有soda和mint
Caipirinha香氣較集中 味道亦較strong
Lime + crane依舊是我和的配搭
Old Fashion $108
Bourbon Whisky, Sugar, bitters
雖然係Classic Cocktail
但現今消費者追求的已經慢慢改變
對觀感上、嗅覺上
整個cocktail deco或 pairing已有不同求要

一顆方糖 加上aromatic bitters
用上簡單Stir method
最後橙皮twists
呢杯仲加了smoke cinnamon
整體balancing做得很好

另外不得不提薯條真係好出色

以後去銅鑼灣又多一個好去處了
