I used to come here regularly. It has been over a year since my last visit, and what a disappointment. I would not recommend coming here if you are in a hurry and wanting to eat food!!We came for lunch mid week. Maybe they are not fully staffed for this time, but it is RIDICULOUS to have to wait 30mins for a ciabatta and 40-45minutes for a pasta - when the cafe is not full. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with customers at the counter. So I rated service 1-star.The food tasted

The food tasted ok but the ciabatta size was better suited to a child than an adult. The all-day breakfast was okay, but I have had better elsewhere in Kowloon. The hot chocolate is still served with a truffle to mix into hot milk but it seems the truffle size served has shrunk, so the “hot chocolate” still tasted like warm milk only.
The toilet is located at the back and you have to walk outside and go down the back lane to access it. No problem about that, but the back yard is a junkyard. Didn’t look like this a year ago, what a mess - there is food storage here amongst other rubbish.
To top it off, the staff over charged us and after checking the menu, we got our money back.
