國慶長假期間香港的餐廳仲忙過平日,又要招呼打工仔又要款待國內遊客。八點半的中環翠華已坐無虛席。早餐循例都係蛋、包、麵加啡。翠華的啡算係幾間茶餐廳中較為出色的了,烘焙豆香味十足,亦冇苦結味 。奶油脆豬名不虛傳,皮够脆口。若有本錢,再加塊牛油上去,必定好正。五香肉丁的肉丁太干太柴,非常敗筆,下次都係點沙嗲牛肉算數。
