1. Bánh Mì Kitchen has been on my to-try list for quite some time. However, since it closes quite early at 7pm (which is quite common in Central where restaurants close after peak office hours), I couldn’t try it after a gym class. As I took a later gym class today, so I got to try it before gym. Hurray!2. There are 6 different bánh mì on the menu. I couldn’t decide which one to try first as every one looks so delicious! I ended up starting with the first item on the menu, which is a Cold Cut Bá

3. This Cold Cut Bánh Mì is served with 3 types of cold cuts, pate, mayo, fresh crunch pickled carrots & daikon, spring onion, cucumber and cilantro. You can also opt for “spicy” or “no spicy” for your bánh mì.
4. I opted for “spicy” (for sure!) and love it dearly! I had the best bánh mì in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (the famous Lesbian Bánh Mì), and this one is close to the best. The bread is still crunchy even it’s close to their closing time, and the ingredients inside are so fresh and delicious! Even veggies hater like me finished all the veggies. The pate is fantastic! And I love the chili!! Really hot indeed!
5. I paid HKD$12 to get soup of the day, which is a creamy potato & leek soup. It’s so so good! Make sure you try out their soup also! I would definitely come back for other bánh mì!!
