For HKD$58, you have all the toppings in the restaurant to go with your boat noodles - beef, beef belly, beef meat ball, pork, pork meat ball, pork liver, chicken wing and shredded chicken, how awesome is that? Even though you only get one of each, but the quality of the food is absolutely great.
I opted for Thai noodles, and there were plenty of noodles to make me feel full. The soup was so delicious! I could drink it alone without feeling thirsty at all! It also went so well with the noodles.
You could also choose the spiciness for your boat noodles. I chose mild spicy and there was a bit of chili paste on top, which wasn’t quite spicy, but very yummy to go with the soup.
Definitely recommend you to give Tiew Ruea Tor Charm a try if you are in the hood.
