First time eating Pherson Cart Noodle in Mong Kok, for a start the place is nicely decorated and I can tell the person has put a lot of efforts into it. The menu has a varies of ingredients for you to choose from, good for both picky people and vegetarians. The restaurant is well take care of, the dinning area are very clean and the toilet is well hygiene. The food were well flavoured but lacking the tenderness in the meat but I was overall satisfy. The restaurant is well take care of, the dinning area are very clean and the toilet is well hygiene. The food were well flavoured but lacking the tenderness in the meat but I was overall satisfy. I would recommend the fried tofu, since it was very well soak with a special sauce that they prepared. But I wouldn't recommend their salted egg york crab meat, since it's not well flavored instead dull.
