I dined at this restaurant several years ago and remember it being a nice restaurant. So I recommended it to a friend for a lunch meeting and I really regret so doing.The restaurant is located at HK Park and the outdoor dining area is one of its selling points. We had to share a four-person table with other customers even though we booked a table-for- two days earlier.
The waitress who served us was obviously inexperienced, and it took her quite a while to under our orders even though the choices available were actually quite limited. We each ordered a chicken rice set lunch, which includes a drink and a daily dessert. The chicken was fat, and did not taste very fresh. And the so-called daily dessert turned out to be the very tiny sticky rice-cake served with the chicken rice. After we were done, we asked the waitress for our bill. We waited for five minutes but nothing happened. We had to call another waiter before we could eventually checkout.HKD150 for such a lunch at this ambience and for such kind of service is absolutely disappointing and overpriced. Both my friend and I agree that we will never come back again.
