Today we sampled the $168 per head steamed seafood congee hot pot combo. This set dinner includes a highlight of live lobster, fresh abalone, and various selections of meat and vegetables.
Take a look at this amazing selection of fresh seafood! 😋😋😋 A whole lobster is just sliced and STILL MOVING! And look at the huge abalone, in-shell scallops, and clams! A truly mouthwatering view.
We cannot resist but to steam our lobster. 8 minutes in the steamer cooks the flesh to juicy tender perfection! 👍👍 Next up are the HUGE clams. Another 8 minutes later they are ready to enjoy. Really fresh and tasty, high quality stuff!
As we end our meal, we begin to construct our congee. The double layer hot pot allows the seafood essence to filter into the congee below bestowing it with complex flavors. The humble rice congee is elevated to a higher plane. A truly unique and enjoyable experience.
