What I enjoy the most about a restaurant is not just the food but its overall experience including service, music and food presentation. Feeling it is like one step further from its original Ming Court in Cordis Hotel, Ming Court Wan Chai seems to be more contemporary but not too overwhelming. The interior design is very minimal and western while the wall graphic and decoration bring out the traditional elements. I am most impressed with the food. I am not a big fan of fusion and the restaurant

Feeling it is like one step further from its original Ming Court in Cordis Hotel, Ming Court Wan Chai seems to be more contemporary but not too overwhelming. The interior design is very minimal and western while the wall graphic and decoration bring out the traditional elements. I am most impressed with the food. I am not a big fan of fusion and the restaurant keeps a good balance between authentic and new ideas. They are nothing fancy and I will call these are new interpretation of Chinese cuisine.
