I have always been a huge cookie lover since I was very young. One of my favorite pastimes is to try out the best cookies around Hong Kong. This time, I have chosen the Bear cookies from Gu Fah Bakery as my target. Taste is also decent enough and texture is so soft that you can feel the cookie melt the instant it was put inside your mouth, but I would personally prefer cookies which are crispier.
Nevertheless, I would still recommend real cookie lovers to have a try yourself and make your very own judgment.
