Cafés, tea houses and ramen shops are the hot eateries in Hong Kong where people mind not spending an hour to queue for a table. Although located in Sheung Wan, this Sinmei Tea resides in a commercial building rather than those street side cafes in Tai Ping Shan Street or Po Hing Fong area. I have heard much about this tea house and learned that it’s specialized in green tea food and beverages. On a weekday afternoon, I had luck to grab a table when I stepped into it.
a) Matcha Mojito ($42) – 8.5/10
b) Organic Tofu Burger ($85) – 7.5/10
