上星期約左班friend去到呢間soho小店,呢到氣氛好似我係巴黎蒲開D Cafe,細細間,逼逼夾夾咁,但係勝在氣氛好cosy,好warm,聽講店主都係巴黎過客,唔怪之個feel咁歐州啦!全店牆身掛滿法國poster,的確花左一輪心思,幾有style。食物方面,我地先叫左鵝肝,嘩!法國入口鵝肝,水準新鮮超正,香脆鬆化無渣,簡單香煎配port酒汁,入口即溶。另外叫左石榴大蝦沙律,酸酸甜甜,十分醒胃,我係出面餐廳未曾試過咁樣既沙律,好特別,新鮮好味,而主菜叫左牛尾,聽聞係招牌菜,牛尾蚊得好林,正,重有羊膝,真係大件夾抵食,而牛利太陽鴨蛋焗飯就好特別,而我最鐘意係佢地D意粉,有咬口,特別係辣肉腸長通粉,鬼佬口味,醬汁出色。甜品就點左楊枝金露,原來甜品先係主打,店主留法,主力學整蛋糕甜品,學成回港係洒店工作多年,跟住先開自已舖頭,所以甜品水準了得,Tiramisu同mud cake朱古力餅簡直一絕,香、軟、嫩、滑。我地成晚又開酒,由頭盤食到甜品,每人都係百幾二百蚊,重無加一,招呼幾好,唔似呢區某D餐廳,一座低就猛咁sale你開洒,呢處真係一個值得三五知乙,開心暢聚既cosy 小店
