There aren’t a lot of restaurants mastering Filipino cuisine here in Hong Kong, so I was thrilled to discover Holy Gaw in Wanchai 🥳 Definitely a gem in the hustle and bustle of the city 🏙️ They feature plenty of special homemade dishes in filipino style, all of them unique and delicious and would make you crave for more 😋𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙞-𝙨𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙣𝙖 🍝Lasagne is a all-time favourite; but here it’s made up of longganisa which is a filipino sausage, with parmesan cheese, cannelloni pasta (first time see

This is a rice noodle dish in Filipino style, made with a rich pork and shrimp sauce. The addition of soft shell crab added to the texture of the pasta, and the sauce was pretty unique and rich 👍

This is a must-try 💯 Ube icecream is one of the Filipino-exclusive desserts that no one would say no to😌 Been craving for it since last time I tried Ube icecream straight from the Phillipines! Perfect ending to my meal 🤭
