After a few hours of shopping, I was tired and needed a little refreshment. I've been wanting to try this place for a while since I've seen its branch open at Shatin.

Faced by the wide range of choices, I decided to stick to something simple and ordered a Green Tea Ice Cream Crepe. I watched them make it fresh.

It was OK...the ice cream was satisfying. However, the crepe seemed to lack an eggy taste. I was expecting a richer taste to the batter. Perhaps I'll come back to try the savoury crepes one time.

Anyone know where I can get GOOD, AUTHENTIC French crepes in Hong Kong??
