I love Banh Mi so decided to try BMK because I like the way you can choose and customize your banhmi.The meat didn't look that captivating so I just got the tofu as I wanted to eat some form of baguette with pickles etc.The baguette was not toasted hence it was soft and chewy.Sadly the pickles were too chunky and not pickled enough especially the carrots which tasted like fresh carrots dipped in vinegar.Luckily the tofu was firm so my banh mi wasn't that empty after I got rid of the carrots.The

Luckily the tofu was firm so my banh mi wasn't that empty after I got rid of the carrots.
The mayonnaise was the key element that rescued this banh mi because I love mayonnaise but there wasn't enough.
It would be great if they asked you if you wanted pate or not for the tofu version as not everyone is vegetarian.
