Totally agree with the comments below. Service, or the lack of it, was very apparent. Product knowledge of the staff was lacking as well. To give an example, when we asked if there were any milk tea options (bearing in mind that this is a cafe/ tea house) we were told to go next door to a local cha chaan teng instead as they don’t serve any ‘milk tea’. It was a real shame as we really liked the setting and the food selection looked lovely.
