Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 琴晚同男朋友仔去到銅鑼灣悶悶地就入左呢間餐廳——鴨大哥!一入到就被安排卡位,開心仔🤣 經理同品酒師就推介我地食seafood set,食物質素都幾high quality同吾太油膩,岩曬宜家中意健康既香港人。仲有,價格合理,情侶都afford到架。小妹對於food and beverage 都有一定既認識,之前都有做過呢行。經理佢地就推介左一紅一白既house wine,白酒Sauvignon Blanc 就配黃金蝦同埋海哲;而紅酒Pinot Noir就配烤鴨。真係好match👍🏻👍🏻我同男朋友仔都好滿意呢度既食物同service,下次一定會再泥!🤩🤩😋
