一踏進𝙃𝙟𝙚𝙢就感受到舒適的氛圍，讓人繃緊的神經不自覺放鬆。相信這是很多cafe都未必做到的「慢活」氣氛！🦥 📌北極蝦三文治 Arctic Prawns Smørrebrød ($128)🦐🧊 在黑麥麵包上放了北極蝦、三文魚籽等材料，再配以蛋黃醬增加口感，賣相十分精緻。黑麥麵包的結實口感也令我回想起在冰島所吃的同款麵包！ 📌Norwegian Waffle ($68) 🧇🤎 薄薄的四塊心型窩夫，配上少量柚子醬和brown cheese，口感頗鬆軟。雖然做法簡單，但我覺得質感很輕盈，沒有港式格仔餅般油膩。 📌Honey Golden Milk Latte ($50)🍯💛 第一次見呢款咖啡，結果很驚喜！本身以為只不過係普通latte加上多啲蜜糖，最後竟是以Crème brûlée的外貌出現。味道上，薑黃根粉的味蓋過了espresso的味，比起咖啡，我覺得它更像一杯甜甜的薑茶😂 —————————— The holiday is well spent in Hjem when just chilling and chitchatting with friends over coffee th

The holiday is well spent in Hjem when just chilling and chitchatting with friends over coffee the whole day🐣😆 “Hjem” literally means 'home’ in Norwegian (pronounced 'yem‘ in English), which also best describes the comfy & homely vibe there. First up, in every presentation of the dishes there is a chef’s kiss, so aesthetically pleasing and perfect for some cute photos 📷
📌Arctic Prawns Smørrebrød ($128) 🦐🧊 Nordic open-faced sandwiches! Arctic prawns, dices of eggs wrapped in mayo, as well as some baby radish are topped on the based of rye bread. This combo is pairing well and I love it!
📌Norwegian Waffle ($68)🤎🧇 Waffles are cut into 4 cute hearty shapes, accompanied by a handful of brown cheese and yuzu jam. Not in tardy sweetness - a very delightful light snack in the afternoon time!
📌Honey Golden Milk Latte ($50) 🍯🥛 Have never tried this and I was expecting something like a typical latte but with a stronger hint of honey - turns out It comes with a crème brûlée-liked appearance😂 as well as the flavourful turmeric of it. It tastes like a ginger milk tea more than coffee, with a very smooth texture!
