To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 去完海洋公園，揸車去咗大坑搵食！見間野冇咩人，食評又唔錯咪去試下。價錢唔算貴，一般野$120左右有交易，飲品多選擇，我哋一行三人叫左四樣野食，一杯野飲，埋單$540-。個cheese macaroni 真係必食，雖然冇其他配料，但芝士味濃，淨係食呢個已經大滿足！三文魚外脆內軟，可選side dish,我地叫左薯條，黎到個份量驚人，但薯條只係麥記貨色，唔好有期待！All day breakfast份量都唔少，個烤包要快食，如果唔係凍左就唔好食！Mushroom burger都可以接受，有兩大隻菇，又係配薯條。Smoothies 好足料，用香蕉打，配vinillan seed，又大杯！總括而言，$540- 三個人算係咁，環境清靜，可能人唔好，但個待應好鬼忙，成日想搵人落單比碟埋單都搵唔到。
