Cozy place spotted in north pointAm surprised at their Grilled Halibut w/ Hollandices Salsa SauceThe fish is full of umamiCooked just rightThe skin is crispy but not hardYou can easily crack it with the knifeThe flesh is tender and juicy Served hot , which is really importantSalsa sauce is in medium flavour which doesn’t overwhelm the flavour of the fishThe mash potato underneath is also moist and silky smoothOverall a very impressive dish

Cooked just right
The skin is crispy but not hard
You can easily crack it with the knife
The flesh is tender and juicy
Served hot , which is really important
Salsa sauce is in medium flavour which doesn’t overwhelm the flavour of the fish
The mash potato underneath is also moist and silky smooth
Overall a very impressive dish
