第一次去吃了鴨胸，驚艷！因為外國廚師的presentstion很捧（用slate圓盤子上菜加上廚師用心擺設），第一次去女待應已經把賬單搞錯了，返家後才發覺，他们算多了$100，不知是無意還是故意。一個月後再去，變了一個香港年青廚師，用上一個普通過普通的小碟上菜，鴨胸、醬汁丶沙律什麼也堆砌在一起，感覺他是馬馬虎虎的處理，我想我自己在家弄得還比這個好。一段時間內我也不會再去了。Very impressed by the duck breast at my first visit because of the food presentation by the western chef. I loved the skate dish and decor, obviously food quality was great too. Enjoyed so much the duck breast with a red wine. But our bill was wrongly calculated and we were charged $100 more than we consume

Enjoyed so much the duck breast with a red wine. But our bill was wrongly calculated and we were charged $100 more than we consumed. I didn’t notice until I got home. A month later we went back, but the chef was a young Hongkong guy。No more slate dish, the duck breast, salad and sauce were all squeezed in a small dish so.... I probably could do a better job at home. Won’t go back for a while.
