To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Finally tried their famous omelette rice! I love a classic Japanese curry sauce 🍛, such a comforting taste! The tomato 🍅sauce was really good too, I think it was because they added cream which gave it greater depth of flavour (different from those store bought pasta tomato sauce) and the braised beef pieces (I think they were briskets) were also super tender!  I love a classic Japanese curry sauce 🍛, such a comforting taste! The tomato 🍅sauce was really good too, I think it was because they added cream which gave it greater depth of flavour (different from those store bought pasta tomato sauce) and the braised beef pieces (I think they were briskets) were also super tender! The omelet the was super smooth too and added extra flavour to each mouthful of sauce! I love how they serve two difference sauces for each dish, perfect for when you can’t decide what to order and u can just get both all in one plate!😍 Definitely a satisfying meal, but I would still consider it a bit pricey considering that it’s not a particularly elaborative dish 🙈
