We didn’t expect to get a table walking in, but we got lucky. We got to sit at the huge table by the windows. We ordered Charred Deboned Beef Rib, Ajillo prawns, Iberico ham croquette and pork cuttlefish paella. My favourite was the prawns. The prawns had a nice fresh crunch to it. You can never go wrong with croquettes. There were fried to perfection. The crust wasn’t too thick and the stuffing was creamy with bites of ham. The portion of the paella was perfect for 2-3 people. You can never go wrong with croquettes. There were fried to perfection. The crust wasn’t too thick and the stuffing was creamy with bites of ham. The portion of the paella was perfect for 2-3 people. Flavour was good but wished there were more cuttlefish. Lastly, the beef rib. It was tasty but I think it was a tad too charred for my liking. The rib paired will with the colourful sauces pumpkin purée, mojo rojo(red pepper sauce) and mojo verde(cilantro sauce). I wanted to try their desserts but I was too full for it. Gotta come back next time for it.
