Visited 𝐂𝐨𝐳𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 for some quality coffee and brunch and enjoyed the chilled vibes in Sai Kung during this weekend. Sai Kung is often known for seafood but this café just sits along the main road so not difficult to miss 😉 The café rests over two floors, with large tall tables on the ground floor and also window seats overlooking the small town, while there are sofas and larger resting areas on the first floor. We ordered:☕️ 𝗣𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 – 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗮 ($𝟳𝟱) / 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 ($𝟴𝟱) /

Major highlight is definitely the coffee! Went for the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 (Panama Geisha) for the fruity flavour of lychee, candied lemon and kumquat notes. Café also offers 𝐒𝐢𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 as an alternative to pour over. Will definitely try next time! The staff is also very friendly and has great knowledge about coffee. Learnt that the café also does cold brew with beans brewed in whiskey bucket.
For food, I personally enjoyed the salmon a lot. Salmon was pan fried to perfection, tender in the inside with crispy salted skin. And nothing can go wrong with the combo with creamed spinach. For a more filling dessert, went for a croffle with match and red bean flavours for a more Japanese styled sweet.
Will definitely come again to chill and spend time in an afternoon for some quiet reading or just chillaxing with friends maybe after some watersports 🏄🏻♀️
