To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同朋友去咗沙田麗豪食dinner buffet，兩個人埋單大概$1200，性價比非常高😊環境唔錯，我地坐窗邊，職員都好nice ，服務很好好。Buffet 仲包左任飲紅白酒🥂🍷🧀Cold cut 幾款芝士，parmaham及煙三文魚用來送酒，一流❤️凍海鮮有波士頓龍蝦、長蟹腳、蜆、凍蝦、翡翠螺，食落有鮮味，肉質彈牙。🍣刺身區就有甜蝦、吞拿魚、三文魚、鯛魚同希靈魚，每款都啖啖肉好鮮味🥢燒烤區有烤斧頭扒、燒羊架、燒菠蘿、芝士焗蠔等好juicy 🦪熱盤有馬來椰香咖喱雞、印度咖喱牛筋腩、地中海香草比目魚柳、港式油雞等，各種環球食物應有盡有🥰甜品都幾精緻,有好多蛋糕選擇，仲有廚師即場表演火焰雪山，然後將蛋糕分給食客。🍰🥧🍨雪糕有 movenpick，同香港製造cocoberry雪糕，多種口味例如玄米茶、益力多，選擇豐富。❤️
