今日既目標係呢間新開, 專食御好燒既餐廳!係香港, 日本菜就開到成行成市, 但食御好燒既鋪頭就好似唔多見到食評話閒閒地等3個鐘, 就決定下午去, 應該少人D12點開門, 我地12點15分去到, 叫到第5個, 手拎35號飛, 就一邊行K11, 坐下一邊等, 時間過得好快之所以要等咁耐, 係因為呢度無得搭檯, 2個人都會俾4人座位一入坐, 店員已經提醒預熱鐵板, 叫左個道頓崛雜錦, 芝士文字燒(唔靚無影), 牛五花, 仲有軟芝士厚燒班戟!咁有gimmick既鋪頭, 點可以叫職員代燒, 一於黎個DIY整緊"道頓崛雜錦", 將材料撈好, 係鐵板加少少油就煎得有別於韓燒「齋煎熟黎食」, 眼見黎到既食客都「玩」得不亦樂乎, 齊齊黎個「煮飯仔」賣相一流!甜品既軟芝士厚燒班戟就相對簡單只係放上鐵板焗熟即可尖沙咀屬高消費地區, 而係K11 只係$150/人已經食到捧住個肚走CP值算唔錯!
