To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都只係睇食評，從來未寫過，今次跨出一步分享美食分享正能量，希望發掘到高CP美食。第一站︰「大家食」旗艦店地方乾淨企理，Order紙清晰分類，不過幾號幾號麵餐原來可以加餸，要問侍應先確定原來可以加餸。侍應好有禮貌好有耐性，值得一讚睇完之後，好多野都想食，不過胃得一個，今次就試「涼拌雞絲手攪麵」，有辣度揀，揀左酸小辣。凍豆漿係必須。係個傳菜隆望入廚房，係即叫即整，真係估佢唔到，唔少舖頭係整定，依個平頭裝做得起係有原因。七八分鐘後野食上齊，係夜晚食飯時間黎講，真心快。先講個涼拌，足料好多雞，青瓜好爽脆，酸度適中，辣好香但唔夠辣，最有驚喜係個麵，好好好煙韌同好彈牙，而且好滑，一啖食完好想不斷食落去，自己都覺得自己好似好耐無食飯甘。至於豆漿，有豆味而唔假，甜度適中。整體超過一百分，重點係四十四蚊食到甘既質素，性價比確係高到爆燈，做飯堂一流。
