之前經過山林道時,留意到呢間店名頗為有趣既「喺度做乜」,店內燈火通明、乾淨整潔的裝潢,令我留下了印象。今天約左朋友,提議過黎「喺度做乜,喺度食嘢」,我地揀左個二人套餐,呢個套餐的份量實在是非常豐富。是日餐湯係西式既蕃茄薯仔湯,將蕃茄薯仔煮成蓉,成為1個濃湯,湯頭香濃醇厚,充分調和了蕃茄的酸甜和薯仔的香滑質地,配搭香氣扑鼻既蒜香法包,正。頭盤我哋揀咗黃金吉列炸蠔(4件),雖然蠔的尺寸不大,但入口酥脆,鮮味十足。主食揀了蟹肉露筍鮮蝦松露忌廉意大利粉,意大利粉軟硬適中,完全吸收哂蟹肉鮮甜同松露既香味。主菜是一份頂級安格斯肉眼牛扒,肉質鮮嫩多汁,無需過多調味,反而突出了牛肉本身的風味,薯蓉方面選用蕃薯,無論顏色及味道,都滿有新鮮感。甜品是意大利芝士餅和蘋果餡餅,蘋果餡餅餡料豐富,食到片片蘋果果肉,芝士餅唔會過甜膩,2款有著不同口感,不同味道,2款都很好味。
