To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間老闆兼大廚係越南人親眼見證曾經門口貼咗多張文宣由23到51都有一打開餐牌見到有招牌名就叫咗嚟試吓果然無令我失望辣辣地 幾好味本身唔鍾意食洋蔥嘅我又離奇地覺得幾夾最最最令人驚喜係個蒜蓉包呀痴線好味到....😋😋可翻兜 尤其呢味平時喺越南餐廳都好少見鮮茄牛腩就正正常常茄味都叫夠濃牛腩亦唔韌😋軟殼蟹係熱辣辣上枱色香味俱全本身係軟殼蟹愛好者所以完全無法抵擋越南嘢嚟講呢間真係好好味👍🏻款式又多又可以支持吓小店(只係要坐得親密少少)越大哥牛柳沙律 $78鮮茄牛腩飯 $58牛油軟殼蟹 $78
