睇到FB宣傳,做緊優惠,見幾抵所以搏一搏試吓,一開始個前菜有4款,都幾多款式跟著係蒸蛋,有啲菇類既蛋,同有我最鐘意既魚子跟住係刺身嘅環節仙鳳趾生蠔:好鮮味!鰤魚:見佢燒過下表面,師傅話會逼出啲油份出嚟會更加好食,又真係ok好食!白子:第一次試食,好creamy,最注要佢個汁係好夾個食物,簡直想encore多一份!櫻煮八爪魚:抆到好鬼入味,好有口感!建意一口食曬佢!秋刀魚:好鮮甜,以為會好腥,但一啲腥味都沒!鰹魚:上邊配左啲蔥,底下有啲酸汁,師父話混合一齊食,會好好食,感覺真係好fresh,好有口感!和食環節蝦夷鮑:配左個鮑魚既肝醬,不過不失,ok既!合鴨煮:問師父先知,合鴨係一種野鴨同家鴨生出黎既品種,煮到好入味,好濃郁嘅醬汁,唔錯!跟住係壽司環節赤貝黑陸地金目鯛蝦(掛住食唔記得左師父講咩蝦)大拖羅跟住湯同甜品都ok飽肚,師父好有心機為我地介紹,都好nice,大致上感覺都ok滿意,我地會再黎👍🏻👍🏻

合鴨煮:
問師父先知,合鴨係一種野鴨同家鴨生出黎既品種,煮到好入味,好濃郁嘅醬汁,唔錯!
