隨從今日同朕講,好西就食得多,但係法蘭西好西就未同朕去食過,朕覺得要食好西(法蘭西)就去法蘭西,但係朕去完LE Marron之後,朕覺得喺香港都可以食到好既法蘭西^^LE Marron 門口寫住Members Only,入面既裝橫好有心思,佢地用左屏風同薄紗做間格,令到客人有好高既私隱度,朕出巡銅鑼灣都唔想咁招搖,呢間樓上法蘭西菜就啱哂朕既心意!食法蘭西菜除左食環境,最最最緊要既就緊係食物啦!先黎既係豬面豬登配紅菜頭沙律,朕睇落仲以為係大大舊既牛腩,點知食落超腍又夠味,再配埋紅菜頭一齊食超開胃,做前菜真係一流!跟住就飲個黑松露蘑菇湯先,個湯口感偏厚,仲有濃濃既黑松露既香味,啱哂朕既口味!跟住就係主菜Rib Eye,朕叫左半熟,Rib Eye肉質夠嫩,加埋Rib Eye既油香入口順滑,話咁快就KO哂!當然完美既一餐就梗係要用甜品黎做個終結,朕就點左個朱古力心太軟,心太軟最緊要朱古力夠香濃,同埋個流心朱古力夠熱,呢度個流心朱古力夠哂香濃,仲要熱到出煙,加埋雲尼拉雪糕,簡直係冰火交雜,双重口感!-----完-----
